Privacy Policy
IronCrest (“we,” “us,” “our”) cares about your privacy. This page explains, in plain seventh-grade English, what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can stay in charge.
We collect only the basics you choose to share: your name, email, phone, and any notes you type into our forms. When you visit our site, our system also logs standard stuff like browser type, pages visited, time spent, so we know which parts of the site people actually use.
We use this info to:
- answer your messages and give you the service you asked for;
- keep our site running, safe, and bug-free;
- see what content is popular so we can make it better;
- send occasional updates or offers (but only if you said “yes” to them).
We do not sell or rent your data. We may share it with trusted partners who help us host the site, send email, or crunch numbers, but only after they agree to keep it secret and secure. We will hand over data only if the law forces us or if we need to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
You’re in control. You can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you;
- tell us to fix it if it’s wrong;
- tell us to delete it;
- say “stop” to marketing emails any time by clicking Unsubscribe at the bottom of each message.
We lock things down with encryption, secure servers, and strict employee access rules. Still, no website is a magic vault, so please use strong passwords and keep them to yourself.
Our pages may link to other sites. We don’t control their content or privacy rules, so read their policies if you visit them.
If you’re under 13, don’t send us personal info. If we learn we collected data from a child, we’ll delete it right away. Parents: email us if you think this has happened.
We store your data only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law tells us to keep it. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.
We may update this policy when laws or tech change. New versions will appear here with a fresh “Last Updated” date. Keep an eye on it now and then.
Questions? Email us and we’ll help.
